Hello,
I want a mini-DV movie to the hard drive store
of 16:9 was recorded.
Do I have to file / movie settings to adjust 4:3 or 16:9?

When the anamorphic pictures are available, then 16:9. If letterbox, etc., then 4:3.
But you recognize synonymous in the editing program, if the proper settings were chosen. Try the quiet times with a short sequence.
