4:3 and 16:9 Anamorphic material in a project to edit?

Is it possible in a project (I use Premiere Pro to use) material which exists in different formats? If I choose to create a new project I must if I have 16:9 or 4:3 material. Or there is the Mäglichkeit 4:3 (or 16:9 letterbox) in Anamophes 16:9 convert?
I want a small project filmed with two cameras, only one can not Anamorphic 16:9 recordings. Bring me just nothing, unless I can mix the recordings!
Otherwise, you can indeed synonymous but equal "just add" in 4:3.

Yes, that only with the 4:3 shooting is synonymous ne possibility, but I already have a possibility to find the "worst material" rather than inflate the good "render down" to or equal to film both in 4:3 aspect ratio. Then I got wenigestens part in the greatest scenes of the desired quality and in a few stop something worse.
