I had recently again a few batteries for my A1 ordered without look what I already possess. So just at Ebay Battery and XHA1 and entered schwups - BG-945!
Appointed and then came the great awakening, only two instead of four contacts s.der bottom, and also much larger than the battery which I have long had (BG-950)
Have now seen by many dealers, the BG-945 is definitely suited for the XHA1 to be, but why the hell has this type Battery only two contacts?
Can I safely use the battery or should I bring him back and send me back to fetch 950er?

There Batteries (eg notebook) to have more contacts to the integrated chip read out.
Replica Batteries with multiple contacts are possible for several types of camera-constructed - so it may be that a Battery 2 - or also known as 2 + contacts.
