I have a few videos in 1280x720 resolution @ 50p (720p/50) and would gladly go without the Resolutionzu a Blu-ray burn. If I have correctly associated "understood white paper" it is permissible. Unfortunately, I know editing software (Pinnacle Studio 12 and Adobe Elements 8, Nero Vision latest version) only offer 1080p with 24, 25 or 30fps, 1080i with 25fps (50 fields) or 30fps (60 fields) or with 25 and 30 fps at 720p. No. 720p with 50fps.
What software can do that? Thank you very much.

No.. It will be permissible in future times, but only programs with the BD spec 1.3 and higher, and the support, there are currently not (well, villeicht gibts of Scenarist BD and Bluprint Irgend'ne Beta, which may have, but I Now just do not 'ne half million lying around ....). But since you're living in the here and now, the good is very little, so -> 24p or 50i.
