We have recordings from Brazil at a clear night scenes flickering in brightness of a Canon HV20. Now, I myself have always thought that Brazil has 60 Hz and was suspected as the cause. Now I but on the website of Canon in Brazil to my surprise found that there HV30 with 25p offer.
