I have a Sony VX1000 E of which is already quite old and in Last time I fell on Picture and sound interference. So I decided to buy a cleaning tape. The application is normally quite simple insert, press play to run 10 seconds and can be removed again. But for me it does not work when I insert the tape makes it nothing. If I want to play or press recording it shows me s.das without a tape inside and I just can not get it to run .. I've tried it synonymous with my little camcorder (Samsung VP-D371) but there is the same problem ..
Do you know what to do about it, or vl yes I do something wrong?

can only be a mistake of the cleaning cartridge if synonymous s.einer second Cam does not work ... you have not played a cleaning tape from another company.

Well that would be very stupid, I have 20 ¬ for over otherwise thrown out .. and for the next tape, I'm not even guarantee that it works 100% ..

Where and what tape you bought? You have yet to complain. Try going with the Cam in the store and show your problem there.
Have you seen the tape, exactly? Perhaps synonymous only somewhere a bit stuck with the transparent packaging film.
