| Create transition

Hi,
I started a few days ago with Premiere and am so synonymous come along well. Now, however, urges a question:
Is it even possible to create transitions with AE and those s.Premiere give? I have since thought s.ein car that drives past behind him and moves with the new Picture. Can that possibly create in Flash and then designate certain areas of animation as Picture 1 and Picture 2?

So I am familiar with Flash but not from the question whether this can be done with AE the answer is ...... YES.
Of course, you can import your clips into AE (Keywords: Dynamic Link) create your desired transition there (my approach would be an animated mask) and then use the result back in Premiere.
Since you have started but only a few days ago with Premiere, it is perhaps premature to deal with even AE.
I think Premiere has something like 8 points a mask, perhaps this is enough so you to create your transition.
If you want to create your own effects, which are then found in Premiere in the Effects palette again, You have to have with the SDK / Pixel Bender of Adobe and programming languages such as Java, C + +, C # explained. Ah yes, of course, help and mathematics synonymous always ;-)
