| Documentary in HD with SD material

Hi All,
I plan to produce a documentary film.
Since I usually rent cameras for my purposes, I will have the choice to use or HDV 1080i HDV 720P. Perhaps synonymous other cameras in this segment.
The documentary will be produced for television to Send.
I will highly likely reports or other reviews of get a transmitter with which to do the film.
Maybe I will this material in SD, Digibeta, Betacam SX and Betacam SP, since the material is older even than the HD time ...
But now to my questions:
1st Would it be better to use HDV720p, because then I must add my Betacam material, and then less and rotor must ... (; less frame size)?
I could maybe cut the synonymous SD material in Picture-in-Picture (; with HD video in the background) and so I would not need a resize ... or einmasken in After Effects ...
2nd Did HDV 1080i to use Sin as it is virtually no better than HDV720p (; frame size higher for upscale with SD material?
3rd As this Project is synonymous artistic images, I could synonymous the SD material film on a white wall and dark room with the camera and beam (; sound would I work in Post Production)
For your information, the documentary is 50 minutes. long, this SD material that is added will probably be no more than 5min, and not synonymous at a time, so Snipsel of 10 seconds here and there ...

After HD in this country is (usefully) broadcast in 720p50, I would turn synonymous in this format.
Is the film scheduled for the synonymous abroad, 1080i is the format of choice.

Good argument applies, but only for the ER-Sender: Private radiate synonymous in Germany 1080i.

Yes is true that the private sector to send in 1080i ... I thought to document equal s.die ER channels. The private saving at all I have in my TV ^ ^
