I have a video on the 3 effects are applied. Can I use these 3 effects, including the settings to save to a preset? The later I almost in a new project to another video in the Comp and then drag the preset to apply to the sofoert all 3 Effects on the video effect.

Yes clear ... What problem? All parameters to be stored, and "Save Animation Preset." Is synonymous anything in the manual ...
