I work as a staff assistant in the EB field for a cameraman.

First: What are the best, the classic models? Fixed salary plus expenses and overtime, no preference how many days a month rotation? If thou hast no collective agreement, is everything you can do directly with your employer to negotiate, especially, of course, he charges up. My time as an EB-Assi is long gone, but that's just me.
