I just rummaging in Forum synonymous seen that there is a box of Pinnacle, which allows USB to Firewire. Could this bring something? PS: it should be with the camera to a video for further editing in Premiere 6.5 will be captured (it would be nice if you have the built-in capture function of P 6.5 could be used), on the other hand, are still down.

Wandlerbox This has two disadvantages compared to the Firewire connection: First, the calculator via USB to the next data only of the Pinnacle software accepts and secondly, the cost for the part more than a PCMCIA card.

1) The Firewire port on the PC is faulty. Then you can simply be a new card from the 20-euro segment try.
2) It has software installed that prevents the capture. (Have you ever tried any other software?) What software and updates have been functioning for the last connection of the PC Camera s.den installed?
