With the search I found while contributions to the problem addressed, but not resolved.
I am looking for a cheap cam DVout via the video data transfer s.den Calculator (usually yes every miniDV) and when the power is not of itself off.
A used Apple iSight FireWire Cam usually costs about 100 euros and gives slightly better quality than the USB WebCams. A miniDV camera, at times, I now offer a better picture and usually shows a zoom function, and with some luck even a remote control.
A FireWire camera is Apple's MacOS X system to all relevant services are available, however, USB WebCams not (except for Apple to expand its own).
Now I have a miniDV camera, which only turns off after 5 minutes automatically, if you do not take on. Capturing the Cam is not, and even off it should certainly not. Because usually run by the power supply and does not have a battery. And the programs do not forgive so easily.
Anybody who has a cam which s.Netzteil passes without recording? The information, unfortunately there's nowhere.

My older camcorder à la TRV310 (D8) and TRV900 (miniDV) do not both. During the capture bitch (HC35) I have not yet tested (because for my application completely irrelevant). Maybe I get the opportunity at once ...
