| Frequent crashes of MVD 2006/2007plus
Question of schnege77:
Hi,
I have been working a while with Magix Video Deluxe, currently with 2006/2007plus, formerly with 2005/2005plus.
Have previously worked with a laptop (SonyVaio). Had with the little crashes, however, expected that very slow. In January 2007 had a PC (Intel Dual Core E6600, 2 GB DDR-800 RAM, 3 x 320 GB Festplattenl, ATIX1900XTX512 MB graphics card) purchased. Everything runs super fast, but I have of MVD using a lot of system crashes. Depends with the dual core processors together? Are there patches for this? Have the last of Magix presented to patch installed, it went a little better, but still had more crashes!. Have read in the CHIP, the new version, 2007/2008plus supports dual core.
How can I fix this or do I have to wait for the new version, so I work well with MVD can?
Regards Günther

Good evening from Bremen,
Processor s.Deinem So it is not. I have a D2C 6400 with similar equipment and both cores are tatellos served (approximately 65% when rendering). So I assume the 2006/2007 VDL serves both cores synonymous.
However, VDL stress your entire system pretty, which means that the temperatures, especially when rendering grow.
Do you have your system evaluated temperaturmässig times? Let Him open times with run housing. Fan running all right. If no fan or air dirty? How many watts is your PSU? With 2GB hard disks and 2 should already be 350 watts. Let the sample times with only one GB of RAM to run. What temperature are your two cores when working with VDL?
