I know Avid but not in other works like this: If you have a 24P Project füg have your material is a right and (as always synonymous) Interpret Footage, Setting the frame rate to 24P!
Once you do that with the clip, depending on the frame rate would slow to 60 P about 12%. Premiere, AE and it is at least as Edius. Since nothing can jerk because he used all the images and none is omitted.
