| Help! "Project appears damaged .. ..."

Hello everyone,
I have two weeks s.einem Video Project with Prem.2
worked. After a system crash can be the Project
no longer open.
Error message: "The Project is apparently damaged. It may
not be opened. "
There's still some chance to save what?
The operation of the Project will be opening s.der always the same body
aborted, then the error message.

Premiere 2.0 sets but a folder with automatic saves to project. Where you do not disable this option should have a rescue, if synonymous part of your work is lost - namely, between the last of the automated storage and your system crashes or the last manual save.
That is why I have in my program automatic storage on every five minutes asked. Then you do not lose too much.

But I say look at the time you can save. Bring nix.

Occasionally, the cause of such errors in the temporary preview files. Try it out, what happens if you delete it. (Previously, you should, perhaps, a backup copy of it to create.)
The only downside would be emerging that you have to render everything again, but if this is how the Project to be salvaged would be ............

As Nico says has been synonymous with me geklappt! Often Premiere hangs when reading a certain file to preview.
Simply copy your preview folder on another disk / folder and try's out!
