Help: Display problem with half-images (under Win2000) ...

Hi IT professionals have a rather strange problem with the representation of gecapturtem (scheiss wort ...) DV material: Where movement in the Picture is created strange horizontal lines. (in this time an example image: http://temp.trendspurt.de/dv_fehler.jpg )
Es muss irgendwas with den Halbbildern sein, denn die Linien wechseln sich immer pixel-mäßig ab.
Das kuriose ist, dass ein and dasselbe Video auf anderen Calculator gut aussieht. Demnach kann es kein Problem beim Capturen sein, sondern nur ein Darstellungsproblem des ansich guten Materials. Habe sämtliche Win2000-Updates gefahren and weiß nicht mehr next. Das Problem tritt systemweit auf. Also nicht nur im Media Player, sondern synonymous in allen anderen Playern, sowie Premiere/After Effects.
Hat da jemand nen Plan, woran das liegen könnte?
