| Help! Why is the Qauli so bad

Hi,
some time ago, I took my first camcorder - SonyDCR-HC19E bought, but all videos are not good of the Qauli her.
There are streak - even innocuous words - to see in every video. What can I do?
Use as Überspielungssoftware Pinnacle 9.5 SE version with all updates.
Did the videos in many different files stored on mpg of avi and mpeg but unfortunately there will be nothing, or do what I do wrong?
What quality should I choose a good quality videos on your PC and have the quality for Television?
Have time a 15MB video file are added, the picture is super bad, Sies streak but I think that is the small camera at every turn can be seen, ever!

This looks to me as if with the Halbbildreihenfolge what is not true.
As the set goes into Pinnacle, I do not know (I myself do not use), but the keyword for which you should seek times, is "interlaced" or "De-Interlace".
