| How can I soften with AP Pr1.5 only the edges of the image?
Question of dirkban: August 2005
Switched Hello, I am of Canopus to Matrox TR 100 ultra pro. At the same time I changed Prmiere of 6.5 to Premiere Pro 1.5. Now I miss the Canopusfunktion, highlight an area in the picture too, and with an Effect (eg blur) bear too. Can someone tell me how I can do it with the Matrox.
Reply Jörg:
Hi, Canopus Premiere region filter has not so, for your purpose may help "soft edges next" Gruß Jörg

Hello Jörg,
Thanks for the tip. I film many weddings. A standard scene is that the bride is turning. This scene is built with 10% slow motion. Thus the dress romantic works, I have Canopus with only the lower part of the dress with blur or motion blur, bear and the rest of Picture left untouched. This way I look now synonymous with the Matrox card. Have you da ne idea?
Gruß Dirk

Hi Dirk, is a slight smirk on my face. Because I'm the opposite way as you embarked. Matrox to Canopus. Your goal is with Adobeeigenen means bewekstelligen easy to use. 2 x 2nd leg of the clip on the timeline Track 1 Track Trimming the upper clip as desired, utilize the lower the effect. When you dress it looks like this: The upper clip is so gecroppt that only the part to be seen to be unsharp. Effect applied, finished. Very useful for such things is also the option of the Effects 4 port, 8-point-16 point mask. Gruß Jörg

The topic I would be synonymous of interest:
Is there an (external) which you plug with limited effects on specific areas of an image or (I would still prefer to animate)?
With the latter I mean that, for example, a PSD-picture, first right is a bit blurred, it is synonymous in the middle a little blurred, and both right really blurred, that it should then start to become synonymous left blurred, while synonymous in the center right is blurred, and the right is recognized, let alone anything more. D. h. I would like that one (the values here Gaussian Blur) of (right to left animated!) Grow more next.

That's not so hard ..
You're taking a track matte and stores them on a track which is completely blurred. When you take an animated mask grayscale mask, where are the areas the darker, the stronger will be the blur. The whole thing then you shall have a copy of the clip without effect.
