Now I have found a video on the net and wanted to ask, hinbekommt how such effects.
Is that even possible with my program?
This refers USDI short transitions with a hiss. Especially s.Anfang this Advertisement!

You give yourself exactly the response made it yourself: it is mainly Advertisement coupled with Lens Flare and Bad TV effects. At least directly s.Anfang. If you press PAUSE at the right time, you see exactly what was taken as.
Whether you are in Magix effects are available, I do not know, unfortunately, do not know the program. You could build identical but with transitions as After FX. Both these "Cloth-like motion-blur-structure" with the said lens flare in the first transition, as synonymous to the "Broken-television-picture" effect in the second.
