Hi, it looks as if the letters were transparent and behind it is something that is moving like a silk scarf looks (synonymous or a water surface, slow waves, color and light gray to zero). The effect I'm turning in Sony Vegas to "squeeze" and then "left / right press," but without the perspective distortion that your clip is linked.
