How do I get this slight Grieseln away in the Picture?

Hello Forum,
I have constantly in if synonymous only light in the Picture Grieseln and do not know how I wegbekomme. Of course, I know that very first Bildgrieseln as a sign of a poor image exposure is, unfortunately, now occurs to me that Grieseln synonymous when I have the sunshine outside the area filme. I can do, unfortunately Grieseln hard to describe, but I try it out:
So I film outdoors in the sunshine, so everything is super light and not too dark. Looks at the camera (Panasonic GS 230) synonymous great. As soon as I find it via FireWire to the PC via've played, it looks on the PC monitor was not quite as good, but you should not the picture after the PC monitor to assess. Then I burn the sequence in EncoreDVD with a constant bitrate of 9.5 Mbit (what is the highest) to a DVD, thus I have done my best to avoid poor quality when encoding to generate. Better Encore yes it can not.
Then I slide the DVD into the DVD player and if the film is running, you can see the Grieseln actually synonymous "little", but just barely. Quite clearly, I think you see it but if I kept going to the movie on "pause button" on the remote control press. Now I have the test with a DVD purchase (Our Earth) made. Of course you can see there is no Grieseln, neither when I pause on the button press and certainly not when the movie runs. If I purchase a DVD on pause press, the picture is just as sharp and clear as if the film is running. The only difference is that, the picture freezes.
For my own create content, unfortunately, is shooting this lightweight Grieseln here. How can I get away? Why are the films of the purchase DVDs as well? Of course it may be synonymous to it that the purchase of DVDs synonymous better cameras, but even with the DVD "Dinner for one", of more than 50 years ago was then rotated, grieselt no Picture. You have the problem sytematisch circle. Check on another television with friends (Plasma / LCD / tube), Cam directly connected. Cable synonymous check.

Purchase / rental DVDs are usually much better with Eqiupement created, whereby the raw material quality, with no Consumer Video comparable.
Image noise is synonymous with the MPEG encoder agreement, which is probably your problem might be. For MPEG2 material of a Canon MX2, I am with ProcoderExpress and have created high quality, noise is also visible. For playback, I use a 22 "TFT s.PC.
As a comparison with GM have Edius NEO HF100 test video in a MPEG2 (PAL 720x576 screen resist) converted what course a bitter loss of sharpness towards the FullHD Resolutionzur result.
