Let disch not of the number of pixels printed fooled. Indeed, if there is a mini-DV camera is, you take only 414,720 pixels (720x576 PAL) Everything above is just for uu electronic Image Stabilization used. Come now just all depends what s.of for an LCD screen you're talking about. 17 "for the PC or 42" for the living room ....

Resolutionhin, Resolutionher. On LCD in the video field, there are other factors that LCDs (computer monitors) for the video editing appear to be unsuitable. Here just a small Choice: 1. Frequency: conventional LCD monitors have a computer area for the designed frequency of 60 Hz and not one as usual in Europe video clock frequency of 50 Hz (problem with pans, etc. representations). 2. Color: The color is uneven due to production and therefore only partially (or better said garnicht) for a suitable video editing. If in doubt, then there is the question if the colors do not agree who is right? My monitor or my video? 3. Noise: Conventional LCDs can be designed to work the noise of the video does not show. This can not be corrected synonymous. An accurate assessment of the image is therefore not possible.
Since LCD monitors in the professional video field above these limitations have not synonymous, they are expensive.

640x480 this is likely to be on any Mpeg2 Aipek Mopets ... Finger away from it. ;)
With mini-DV is 720x576 ... PAL no more pixels or less. Like the look on your Television? If you are interested in quite the same as A reasonable DVD movie. (I speak only of how the resolution of the TV ... not by the content or technical film:)) If just all depends s.wie to your TV, for it crooked, or represents interpolated resolution.

This statement applies to the still image recording (and is on top of the worst of several s.der Camera adjustable image sizes). Videos, the Sony Obviously with the same standard 720 x 576 pixels on all PAL camcorder.
