I study computer science with depth imaging. Now I do a lecture on DV cameras, in particular on the electronic image stabilization. Unfortunately, I am synonymous encountered after an intensive search, not on detailed technical documentation of such a "steady-shot" systems.
- Which algorithm, the movement is tracked? (must be so designed as HW moderately built and real-time) - Is synonymous with "mechanical" sensors that detect camera movement, together?
If you ever s.solche information, or are not even the finest detail of the manufacturers? (Sony's Steady Shot does so at their own experience rather well)
For links, notes or contacts, I would be very grateful!

Why you can not get s.Informationen? You s.Informationen not yet come.
I am sure that these processes are patented. In the patents describe what has to be understood. The patents can get on the net at the patent offices ... free, electronical, online.
However, there will not be using the marketing concepts. Such a procedure "hidden", then, a technical description which you can search with keywords "video image stabilization" or similar
