| Is the purchase of Pro 2.0 at all yet?
Question of jockl: September 2008
Hello.
I just consider myself to purchase Pro 2.0. But still worth it? I produce movies for network soon in HD resolution.

Hi,
if I understood correctly, you can use the course (as long as PPro can handle your format).
If you produce for your web, you do so after one way or recode the whole thing again, which is I never know with the NLE would (do so poorly in the size HDV online ...)
Greetings!

PP2.0 can handle HDV, but not AVCHD. The output format is partially supported Flash. It does not work (correctly) under Vista. The question is whether HD on the Internet (already) makes sense. My DSL connection creates 16,000 just PAL smooth.

vimeo.com may very well HD streaming. I have DSL with my 5000 no problems. But if 2.0 still worthwhile because CS4 now stands before the door is the other question.
Reply jockl:
Naja ne synonymous question of costs. Willl not stop to spend 2500 euros. Is it 2.0 or a more appropriate version, which is favorable? CS2 perhaps?

CS2 is 2.0. I work so, and had until now no reason to move to CS3. Who Encore has not yet, for the PP CS3 worth it to all cases because it includes Encore and OnLocation. The update of an old Premiere version costs
