| Licensing of YouLicense.com-Music
Question of Bergschrat: Juni 2010
Halli Hallo,
I would like to produce in the near future a few HD sports video clips and embed on my blog about my VimeoPlus account. The visitor numbers are - at least for my sports division pretty neat - and I want to take any chances that my example. G3m4 s.den the cart is stationary. So far I am only using jamendo.com of Music, but I find much more synonymous youlicense.com better title for my videos. I just think it's ok to use the music to be paid as long as it remains in an acceptable framework.
Do you have experience with the use and the rights which are acquired on YouLicense.com? Are these synonymous for Germany? Are there alternatives?
Would be great if someone could help answer the questions.
Best wishes,
Bergschrat

Great that you bring in you, Oh Lord!
You synonymous law - in part - in addition to the "Feilschverfahren" there is synonymous synonymous QuickLicense the model: Here you pay a sum X for a publication - eg. Webclip. As it were an instant Licensing. Information on international law are missing here, however, if this is necessary at all, then?
Consider the scenario: I buy licenses (I'll go you simply of the U.S.) for a web clip, edit my videos, grab my logo into it, etc. upload this video to Vimeo Pros on my account and then write an article on my website in which I embedd the Vimeo video. For then any German law or the G3M4 application?
What do you think?
Best wishes,
Bergschrat
