MV20: possible s.PC mosaic-like picture, not a dub

Hello I wanted to dub a video of the Canon MV 20 from a friend on my PC ... following problem: when I import them into Windows Movie Maker Video of using the device will then only a dubbing function Msaikartiges Picture (sometimes only a few seconds Standbildm was sometimes synonymous video) appears and the only thing that was taken was a single frame from the video's .... now I have accessed on the job at dei camera (camera in shooting mode) and again I am not clear, but only had this weird split into a mosaic image ...
First time I've now tried a different cable ... same problem occurred again ... then I tried directly connecting s.mein motherboard (ABIT AV8) and not s.der supplied USB / Firewire card - the problem was still available ... Unfortunately, now I'm at a loss and have no idea what to do ...
I know with NICT camera well not my first contiguous but it could be vielleicth which you need to activate the camera dubbing function to any menu or for reproducing s.pc tv /?
In any case I need urgent help!
