MV30 takes no more tapes, specialist does not close

Hello
I have a MV30, with whom I had actually always been super satisfied. Unfortunately, it takes a sudden no more tapes to. The icon flashes red tape does not give me a tape will load, or just close the door that appears after a short time the red lettering and EJECT the flap goes up again. The tape and the ark is not even drafted. Occasionally, the writing is synonymous in green.
Has anybody an idea what it's like getting a handle on?

what the manual says the error message? Perhaps synonymous stands, what to do in such a case to ... ;-)

Off and on again, but to no avail. I have now blown half a can of compressed air ne into the drive and lo and behold, it's back.

Moisture seems to be a problem to be when it comes with compressed air. Cams usually have an auto-lock when the moisture has formed in the device.
