"In a few years, the operating system used should be absolutely no preference." I hope not! Do you want us synonymous of serious diseases, which are transmitted by viruses? Do you believe in fact that Windows Vista, or some derivative of this system will come close to the security, ease of use and progressiveness of the Mac OS? They are synonymous not alone in the Application of Apple make it up, as mentioned here. It is the whole system in accordance with the hardware. By this I mean not only the operating system, but the whole logic and the philosophy behind it. Today I was able to run, for example, my Windows calculator does not. The problem was that the calculator of wanted to start my USB stick, which still stuck to the USB port. On such an idea, a Mac would never come, he would notice that there is no system on it.
Have fun with Windows! Asta la Vista Baby!

No, of course I wish no one. But I think you will become synonymous you a wider dissemination of Apple's OSX want (or am I reading something wrong between your lines?). And with the proliferation of the host synonymous, the number of worms and viruses (like in real life). There really is not a secure operating system and it will never be synonymous.

I do believe, as suggested in the article that this is no preference. On the stability of her was in the past year, my Windows XP more reliable than my dual G5. The first was after a few firmware updates with no crashes (freezes böööse) and the Apple service this was a real horror. Otherwise, both systems now seem to me to be quite absturzfrei if they are set up correctly.
When I work with After Effects, Premiere or Final Cut Pro, I've hardly noticed today, puts the operating system behind it, as I believe the handling of synonymous not as important as the application itself
The progressiveness of OSX over XP, I personally would not be denied, especially because personally prefer to work under OSX than on Windows. However, this is very Geschmakssache. I get along well in any case, with both systems and think it is synonymous totally OK if someone is more likely to remove.

Anecdotes such as with the USB stick, there is still synonymous to "both sides". Or why, for example, my USB network connection easily resolved if I export with the Compressor from Final Cut Pro?
I think you should see the whole not as dogmatic and come to terms with both worlds.

Freu mich drauf, as long as it does not go the other way you can always go look to have put at risk "real" operating system. I could never decide yet anyway, but I think my () can be abolished but I have been yelled at more often. Among the viruses, I can only say - Macuser ... synonymous am a .. draws you warm s.and already exerts views tinker firewall.

I see as synonymous. I had been synonymous suspects that Apple might be better to a pure software Manufacturer a'la Microsoft to continue offering a calculator, which now only artificial distinction of "normal" PC's. Even the coming of Intel chipset, so what is the cheese and pay for what the additional cost? Für's design?
I admit, Apple builds the most beautiful Calculator, but it is synonymous in the PC area very nice aluminum tower (just a bit more expensive) and also the part is under the table and therefore it is of me really no preference.
Also the OS is basically me no preference - XP is absolutely reliable, very rarely crashes (blue screens, I had (still no) and I personally do not see any reason to switch to Mac OS I do not work with the OS, but with Avid and Nuendo and where it is running on it I totally no preference). Those who still would like OS X, this may indeed now even on a normal PC stink when you install and then read the information on the Internet is that even relatively stable (running why not synonymous - in Macs is synonymous but no other hardware, and more EFI to simulate a likely obstacle for the hardcore people do not have).
It would be really interesting if Apple's OS is free, and would occur as a direct competitor to Microsoft. The Pro applications are really great, but if Mac OS Windows actually may be enough water (), especially in big companies, I doubt that. Since many companies would surely shy away from because it would mean quite a change indeed synonymous effort (even large) and so much more confident it can not be synonymous, if you look at the patch Messy looks, Apple continuously operates (150 vulnerabilities here and 20 weaknesses there - which can be really pleased that the platform for virus writers is so interesting, but what could change quickly). At Apple, I really sometimes get the impression that there are hell Out of compliance deadlines are, and an unfinished product is dumped on the market that one must then partially charged patch (see the disaster Logic 7). The distinction is thus not a bit of the competition, only the M $ does not provide an upgrade fee.
Nope, nope, still a few years ago I would love to have a Mac geswitched - in the meantime, however, I see no sense in the future and I think that is probably really hard to play a role.
