've Got a very annoying problem: The camcorder will not give out my tape. The drive is powered up, but rauszunehmen the door to the cassette is closed. 'm Not quite sure but I think I have heard before, like the camcorder, the video tape has gleefully devoured.
The device responds to any action on either reset button or on / off valve or on /. You just hear a faint rattle immerwieder.
Maybe someone knows how I can when rausholen manual tape? or other solutions? would be very grateful.

Since you will probably hardly come around it, unscrew the housing. First time test s.der cassette compartment door. Are some very tiny screws, which, at least for Sony, a small arrow next to it and have to point out that with these screws, the device can be opened. But do all veeery careful .... Otherwise, bring to service.
