| Need help to insert a watermark

the white characters as I would have watermark in the clip. what should I do? 've already tried a thousand times. it never comes out right.

Hello,
You have to waive the sign (if it is not yet available) and then save it with a transparent background. In the DV editing or post production software, then select Transparency as an "alpha channel".
Alternatively, you could be the white logo with the black background effect synonymous with the "luminance" or "multiply negative" superimpose the picture. For starters, this is perhaps the easier route.
For which output medium is determined as the movie? Does the logo, if necessary, within the Safety Area Title lie?

Ok, had remodeled times your PNG file,

That should be no preference in this case,
the png file was not done correctly ....
As you see hats with the modified file is working well!
