What happens if the upload quota is full. Can I upload and then nothing more relaxed with the scale of time?

Hello slashCAM,
Posting in my
JVC TM-H150C control monitor, I have tried several times unsuccessfully to attach an image file. According to the standard TGA and TIFF formats are supported up to 6 MB per file. The uploading of both formats, however, ends in a red x.
How big is your TGA file? According to attachment Administration, it is 1.5 MB - can not be displayed, but (using QuickTime plug-in) with me - the upload is canceled and has the file damaged?
've Seen through all the settings again and found nothing which would so vebieten to upload later ... I do not even upload a few tests ...
What can I do alternatively?
Time an attempt s.deres format (JPG for example, 100%)

What strikes me now: Every time I click the linked post, the download counter is a value higher.
