Hello On my TRV33 this feature is default to on. For what is it exactly? I can find nothing in the manual to more accurate, only that it has to do with infrared radiation but only 3m range. Can we leave this function in general, to on, or when to turn it off? Perhaps you can explain that?
Antwort von Stefan:
You can be the case.
The attitude is that the built-in IR lamp is switched on, when you film in Nightshot mode.
Good luck The fat Stefan

The SonyNightshot is only interesting for shooting at night. Otherwise, you should prefer it off. With the additional infrared illumination you need is more power.
Movies s.besten times at night and turn it from time s.and times, then you see exactly what it does (works) halt only when nearby objects. As I said, when taking pictures during the day, it usually does not, and considers only the battery power down.

Yes, but the infrared rays are indeed synonymous turned on only if I set Nightshot or NightshotPlus. Even though I have not NightshotLight or discontinued?
Antwort von Stefan:
Huh? You only speculate, or you have specific problems with the camera?
The IR light (= NightshotLight) shall at all s.nur in Nightshot mode or shine NightshotPro synonymous and b) only if you are NightshotLight menu to ON.
Without Nightshot mode remains synonymous and synonymous IR lamp draws no power from the battery. With NightshotLight OFF the IR lamp is always off, no preference whether Nightshot mode or not.

I have no problems, I only speculate what exactly is up. But now again, if I think the function inactive, or does not Nightshot NightshotPlus. Get the test more times on occasion, precisely because nothing is more accurately described in the manual about it. I'm really entäuscht something about this manual of Sony.

Why should that be so? But you revile the menu from just the light (Light) for the Nightshot. You therefore only an IR Nightshot or more for Extra Light for NightshotPlus alone and need to make do with what you with the night scene is still s.Licht.

Ah yes. I thought the lamp need synonymous, the other two functions. Thanks
