As some of you know I have ordered a SonyVX2100 at Protronics. This was s.27.07 ..... And today I still get nothing! I wish you now a small impression of this period (6 weeks) spend my life:
27.07.: A short list with dealers who sell the VX2100 a good price, before me. I opt for the cheapest first (since) the site looks pretty serious. After the order makes an enormous wide anticipation in me. I ask myself for 2weeks time. On the evening of drinking pleasure.
28.07.: The money will be transferred. A strange feeling passes through my stomach. I thought it would be hungry ..... It was not.
01.08.: An Email of Worldtronics: You have received the money
04.08.: 17h. I have just smoked my last cigarette. Since I do not smoke.
05.08.: The tripod, which was ordered at the same time with the camera, will arrive at my home. Wow! The first "dry runs" begin.
06.08.: The Battery, which was ordered at the same time with the camera, will arrive at my home. Wow! Since then he lies adjacent to 2 empty coffee cups.
10.08.: The DV cassettes, which were ordered at the same time with the camera, arrive at my home. Wow! Since you lie next to the Battery.
12.08.: Decent demand Protronics when the Kamerakommt. Answer: Expected KW33
23.08.: When will demand Camera. Answer: no!
25.08.: When will demand Camera. Answer: request in process.
27.08. I'm thinking about my money. Dumbest moment to make the idea: do grad kickboxing .... thick knee and bleeding nose.
30.08.: When demand is Camera () with little emphasis. Answer: KW35. In the evening, drank from frustration.
06.09.: I let Protronics know that I am now officially pissed off. Answer: Camera coming soon.
07.09. 11 am: Have nen pulse of 230th Headaches. Terrible visions.
07.09. 16Uhr: Reenter Email: I want my money back. Answer: I do not want Aufmucken (which have obviously sooo not written, but was ambiguous rübergebracht above).
08.9. 08Uhr: For obvious reasons, I am distracted when having breakfast: Bite into the glass. Nutella on the pretzel (IIIIIgitt). When working, I note that I add the Buttermessen put in his pocket.
08.09. 14am: Hearty announcement comes from me: money here, or a lawyer. Answer: If they no preference, Camera comes s.Freitag (09.09.) Or Monday (Today).
12.09. Today: mind that now the matter goes to the lawyer. Protection was due. Tomorrow rubs my lawyer's hands .....

The world is indeed full of tragedies. And why? Because the Menshc prepared from each and all, a make and then consistently through with this.
I would be any emotional impulse for a contract too much. I had waited 3 weeks time. Other providers, the same camera. I waited 2 months for my Batteries. They were incredibly cheap. My Sony DV Walkman came quite a long time and had to once again be out and sent here until everything was there. I once got sent a bad light, tripod. Last year I bought myself a foldable reflector in which the canopy was missing .....
When I think about it so thoughtful ... I think I need to get drunk immediately. I did not even notice until the date because I had anything else to do always as much with the fullest pleasure to work with my hobby. ;)

Well, I still net so we went .. vielleciht synonymous, because I've ne other Camera, Batteries and everything I bought at the same dealer, and until today, no tripod or have professional light reflector!?
:) Well, at least for two months now I have no PC anymore, because my CPU is broken and will not be exchanged! Although I'm still under warranty etc ... The case went almost to the lawyer, then read it ... but it does raise now I'm going back to a short davfor too:)
I'm going to get drunk now, but not demonstrative. Doofer post here, made all the more depri xD Joke;)-Cheers!

Just to avoid those Greek tragedies, I bought all my cameras at retailers in the surrounding area. Maybe I paid a few euros more than in the mail. For this I get a competent and friendly advice that saved me a lot of unnecessary purchases, and sometimes even parts of crafts from scrap equipment for free. MFG Peter

Was synonymous of the reason why I wanted to give the local dealers preferred. Results: counseling in two of three shops => Nullinger! Then bought from a local dealer about 40 ¬ more than one online job (not doing what) for the retail industry. As a "Rabbatts" a lens adapter (34/37), including UV filters have promised. Was 3 months (! Been serviced), demanded many times, ignored fobbed off, as long as until I was very clear. My Conclusion: Bem next time will be bought back to the cheapest possible price online, service is now hardly wait to no preference where it goes (sad but true).

Hi, I've probably always been lucky!? Hold it just like Peter, I can not complain about poor service, quite the opposite. For more than 10 years at the same computer store, 30 years sinds at Hifi, examples are a mile long. Internet purchase? just small stuff, things for which to dispel any anger that I can dispense with service. My Calculator repaired me Inet s.Sonntag dealer not to get my dealer hats ready.
