I cut my wolter PC with Windows XP Home Startup. This project has failed with the message: Windows could not be installed because the following file is missing or damaged. Install a copy of this file.
Windows root \ system \ 32 \ hal.dll
Since I am a layman in matters'm PC, I ask if someone can tell me, where I find this file and how I can install deiese then.
