Well, hallo erstmal dear community, I am glad To attend, and feel in comparison to what I read a bit underexposed. With codecs, mpeg-2, mpeg-4 and co. I do not know me so well, so do not be angry with me when I say something or ask characterize;). So I bought myself a psp, and wants me there, I like movies draufladen large-format (and therefore all sorts of file types avi, etc) have on the hdd. Now, it seems reasonable to present the films in 4:3 format but still have black bars above and below to edit so that they are gone. So from the schwarzbebalkten the true 16:9 format to 4:3 format, since this is synonymous to the PSP video format, and would (I think synonymous) provides evidence that large-format less memory. Is that possible? And if so, there is a program with all the codecs, etc will be ready? For the resolution, and reduce the bitrate to convert to in the mpeg-4 format, I have "PSP Video 9", but what is there, the difference between "AVC" and "SP"?

What is PSP? On the subject of 4:3 or 16:9: The Seitenverhältniss is different, therefore, be added to the convert from one to another, either black bars or cut off parts of the image. When I insert it into a short film clip must have a different Seitenverhältniss, I can live with the black bars. But use some of the possible Resolutionverschenken, just about the entire width of a wide screen TV - I do myself (and my clients) do not crowd. MFG Peter

PSP is the PlayStation Portable. A tiny thing - to play nd make all sorts of things. A loss of resolution there seems to a certain limit to be no problem @ (Vigor: what Resolutionzeigt the PSP that way?). Otherwise, you have the movie in a 16:9 project (in your editing software to import) and

So, the PSP (playstaition Portable) has a Resolutionvon 480x272 pixels (ie, from 16:9 format) with an image diagonal of 4.3 inches, because it is a handheld. This Resolutionmag seem small, but a picture or video with this resolution on the PSP screen appears razor sharp, because if you runterrechnet the above dimensions to the size of a pixel which yields a size of 0.2 x0, 2 mm (millimeters so 5x5 pixel = 1x1mm) per pixel. As you can see individual pixels if not even man, the cornea gegens display presses, and it's still so hot. Thus, it makes sense therefore to reduce the Resolutionzu to save space and save the console runterrechnen that. I should have explained earlier that it is a handheld, I'm sorry. I want to know how I wegbekomme the bars (and if I stop here Resolutionverschenke vertical, which is no preference because I reduce the whole of eg 400 or so before to 272 vertical pixels).

First of you should read my last post (which I was not eingelockt, sorry), there is a lot of pure hardware potential of the PSP screen (which is impressive in itself), but this belongs synonymous nor the quality of the playback software. Synonymous, and that is top-notch. Recoup the film with the "PSP Video 9" converts, although not even the best performance of the displays (they have a resolution of 368x208 instead of 480x272) but look Many thanks to the zoom functions very well. Play The low Resolutionhat but makes sense because the maximum data rate of the PSP can be limited before it begins to jerk. However, the resolution power of this little smear jerky, it never looks good and sounds good synonymous (over headphones because the PSP speakers are generally not so great. This is) besides the short battery runtime, the only shortcoming.

Well, you resize your movie to the top of my linked instructions of 4:3 to 16:9 and then you export the fun of 480x272. Jens
