PAH is now an acronym for something? Know this only as an "anti-tank gun.
Or do you mean "pack", ie a term meant to be derogatory to a group of people.
Whether punks, Nazi skins, left, right, aliens ... People have a tendency to generalize quickly. Just because strikes a punk or a foreigner, are not necessarily all bad people, punks, or foreigners.
However, there are a number of individuals within those groups who do not know of boredom or stupidity, what to do and simply enjoy and have s.Gewalt destruction. That should give them a sense of power, which in normal life, they are unlikely to ever learn. The trouble is, in our society are really only fighting the symptoms, often eliminating the causes. It starts with health and medicine and end unemployment and the "pack".
We have an unsolvable global problem: too much work for too many people. Or the other way around: too many people for too little work?

For me, any identification marks no preference whether a political / religious / wealth, etc. The grouping people with low self-esteem and others. Tighten to feel safe in!
ISt typical stop behaving primates. .. in a group you feel protected and set a strong reason why more and more to the scene and provoke on the road! Where such political-religious hordes übermacht lead when we have made immeasurable times in the 30s whether left or right whether Muslims or Christians, punks or skins is primitive times, in a certain way all the same!
To a society we just need to make an enemy ..
Whether it otherwise would, we will probably never find out without harsh Communist rule or a better education from home / school but by poverty, talk shows and shopping is already laid the groundwork for the next radical next party!
