I must point to an event, a 16:9 movie. Unfortunately, produces the projector or the DVD player of the organizer but not a proper 16:9 Picture egg heads, that is squeezed on a 4:3 picture.
The simplest solution would be for me now the film Premiere CS3 / Encore CS3 and as a 4:3 or greater. Will hot, there are black bars above and below, but the film fits fine on the 4:3 screen and of the true proportions.
That works all synonymous but not in the photos where the normal video material. Photos are in the DVD playback as 4:3 full screen, with no bar shown below and above.
someone know this problem and knows what to do?

I've never done. Edition of the Project as 16:9 to 4:3 Letterbox is yes, unfortunately, the letterbox is missing only in the photos.
