Presentation 16:9, 1366 * 768, NEC 4010

Frage von DerSven:
Februar 2007

Hello,
am now days gehuscht through several forums, but unfortunately still not a real solution.
I must make a presentation based on a NEC 4010, "Public Display" (1366 * 768 pixels resolution) will run. The display is definitely only with a DVD player (regular cinch - video will be used) can be accessed.
Yesterday I then times a flash animation created as. Avi and exported with Nero as DVD-Video burned.
The Flash movies Resolutiondes was 720 * 576 pixels. Unfortunately, my display later black bars above and below has (have history as synonymous with 16:9 Encore DVD).

After I've read a lot, I have decided to After Effects and Encore DVD to use.

Hence my question:
What do I need to adjust (in After Effects and Encore DVD) so I have no black bars and so the picture is not stretched?

Can it be synonymous to the DVD player is a setting for 16:9 has?
Could it be that the display has a special setting?

I'm really verzwiefelt ;-) Hope someone can help me ...

Hi,

do not despair!

A PAL signal has a Resolutionvon approximately 720 pixels horizontally and exactly 576 scan lines visible, but no aspect ratio (which always requires a corresponding indication or setting)! If I understand correctly, you have your DVD as synonymous always created in true 16:9. A DVD player is by default assumed that the signal with a ratio of 4:3 is being played. For real, the 16:9 then 4:3-Picture, by the lack of picture content above and below by a black strip and replace the picture in the staucht Height (called the letterbox). At your 16:9 - you can display the picture on the full screen with a ratio of 16:9 show. A 4:3 picture would then be pulled into the Width - synonymous a 4:3 picture with 16:9-stripes, as the player returns.

Specifically:
Now you need the player to say that you have the picture in 16:9, in order that he spends it in full. This is actually s.jedem player in the menu under 'Video'. Since then some of 'TV format', 'format' or 'TV version'. Here you need to adjust 16:9. The monitor then synonymous to 16:9. Then it should work!

Sorry if my post was a bit longish, but in such formats Stories burns me the nails and I always wish that you synonymous even understand what you are settings! :-)

Gruß Alex

PS.:
A very slight improvement of the image, you can maybe still do that if you instead of a CVBS signal (your RCA cable) is an S-Video connection (Hosidenbuchse, like a mouse connector s.PC) use. But they are no worlds.

Super, everything went fine.
Now I have only the problem with my imported material in After Effects.
So my presentation consists only of images that I have in Photoshop with the Pal-setting and created in After Effects by PSD included.
With Encore burned and viewed.

The brightness and color s.sich are bad but krass (best qualities used for rendering).

Should I use Photoshop as a different color to choose? Should I go through Photoshop and completely forget the images of the same in After Effects as JPG invite?

Thank you
