Hi Folks,
is strange and incomprehensible for me, synonymous:
1. Word, Wordpad, text editor:
When set to NORMAL will not print
Just as the blade passes through.
The print head moves not synonymous.
In the setting FEIN everything runs normel course lasts 5 times longer.
2. Image editing:
Both FINE as synonymous to Normal is easily printed.
The printer driver is V 1.73rDE.
Synonymous with HP, I can not find anything newer.
Must I understand this now??

Hello,
I once had a similar problem, but without the distinctive Normal / Fine.
The finale was the fact that it was prescribed for text documents in the settings of the paper size "letter", but for the paper tray A4. Because the two formats do not match, he has not printed it.
That is, after I had stopped everywhere DINA A4 as paper size, everything went perfectly.

The FAX is my company logo as an image!
The documents not only as text.
I delete the fax, the logo, I did the same thing as with the documents.
They are only in the mode FINE print.
Otherwise, the paper goes through easily.
The printhead does not move.
The whole thing compresses becoming a driver problem.

Canon on the topic: we had in operation a Canon printer Canon synonymous, since they could not normally print out PDF files but it had a "Picture" then print as a complete graph, otherwise the printer has not stirred.

PhotoImpact works out there, yes, both run perfectly fine as synonymous standard.
It is obviously a Windows problem.
Which can happen when one in a corner of the document is a small graphic that can even be white.
From now on both modes to function as they should.
In standard mode, then it prints about 5 × as fast as the fine mode.
Must I understand this now?
