Problem with internal S-VHS TBC / Where "right" to buy TBC?

Hi,
I have a problem with the internal TBC in my JVC S-VHS HR-S9600. Although the edges of the left s.der Page nice and flush the Picture is quiet, but the picture jumps in different time intervals in the vertical! Since this is synonymous with very good shots happen, I think that the TBC is built s.dem. Since I Effect of an otherwise well-TBC like it, I wanted to ask where you can buy external TBC? I have nothing more to digitizer. That is why I separate them, possibly synonymous of my ADVC100, which I was running behind. I then captured with ScLive. Improving the quality we can not achieve.
