I'm pretty inexperienced so concerned what camcorder you please bear with me!
Since long time I wanted me a Cam growth but decent models FullHD wait.
Recently I looked at the Panasonic HDC-SD9 purchased. Unfortunately this is only for 25p at 1080p. The American version takes 24p. When I see the video files now on the television again, I want to get a 1080i picture. (The PS3 can easily be videos of the SD card or one of AVCHD DVD playback).
Now the question: If you do not have TV but no more than 25p to 24p may be why we Europeans should be punished and what can you do?

@ immanuelkant So with your Toshiba 47Z3030D is not synonymous of 25p, only 24p it is compatible, which means that something "better" LCD TVs synonymous quite commonplace.
@ AnsiG How does that because that with the 1080i picture when you felt? - With the Canon HV20 is 25p for example, the Picture in a 1080i stream embedded.

So how it felt, I can not really answer because I use the p-pendant is not really seen. Generally I find the resolution, but not really exhilarating, the picture itself, however, it somehow ;-) rushing and had me expecting more. If I were with my Samsung LE40M86BD the Information menu, look, I just noted that it is only 1080i.

I will not splurge ;-), but look at Toshiba by: http://www.toshiba.de/consumer/content/defaultid1_1_id2_0_id3_264_id4_5.aspx this is very clear: 3x HDMI 1.3 (including HDCP) with 1080p (24 / 25 / 30/50/60Hz)
