I have the MV 790, Windows XP, the Movie Maker and Nero. When you play on the data of the camera depends on the calculator either the calculator after about 1,5 Minten, or it will be of 1 minutes duration of only 54 sec. It thus missing frames. Either the people running completely off or it seems like Charlie Chaplin. Canon had demanded, would have the camera with nothing to do but with my calculator! What can I do to check / change?

what do you have to transfer? Hopefully with Firewire? If not, therein lies the problem. USB is not suitable.

The rest of the data on your computer (processor, memory, hard drive, partitions, etc.) would be helpful to isolate the problem.

Schaust You in Control Panel, maybe even in Device Manager.
Dropped frames can be synonymous to it, that too many background tasks running. ctrl alt and press N and see what else it runs in the background and ggfalls off. On the bottom right of the taskbar is still synonymous various symbols which indicate. Possibly synonymous comes your hard drive does not. Defragment helps create space and of course if it is full. Furthermore, it could s.einem firewire problem, if zb XP with SP2 is operated.
