| Question about Memory Stick
Question of wupperwelt: Juli 2009
Hello Together,
I have now decided yet, give me the SonyXR 500.
Now I do have a question about your memory stick. I would like to save my photos on the stick and shoot s.synonymous s.and views on it.
Sufficient for this purpose, the "normal" Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo Mark 2 or should I buy the Sony Memory Stick Pro HG Duo or the SanDisk Pro Duo Ultra II.
Do the differences in speed of the memory card when shooting or when shooting at all noticeable? Say, it's worth the extra cost for the faster cards in the SonyXR 500 anyway?
Thanks to you and greetings Dirk

Hello,
I have the same problem, how did you choose?

The difference represents the whole only if a lot of data must be written as soon as possible on the card.
For video, it is always a constant stream. If the bit rate as at 24 Mbps, then it is just 3MByte per second, the need to get on the map (and 24 Mbit: 8 = 3 MB).
If you want to turn very fast, very many pictures to shoot, it's worth the purchase of a faster card already.
Reply actaion:
The "Mark 2"'s already a very fast card. Are only slowly (without this addition, and even the rich from the shooting).
