| Question about the QuickStart GS17
Question of cheekybit: Dezember 2005
That reminds me another question about the Panasonic GS17:
There is the device the ability to start up normally to the camcorder or the Quick Start. What has changed through the quick start (except that the camcorder will start faster, of course :-))? I miss it or the quality settings is worse? If in fact, nothing would change, then I wonder why they do not always use the Quick Start.

Reply Voltz:
I film with the 3 years old GS5. The Quick Start can best be compared with a kind of standby mode. That is, the camcorder and electricity consumed in the mechanics is not in hibernation. The Quick Start lends itself well when you're traveling and want to capture striking images.
On the quality of the recordings has therefore no impact at all.
