If there is now again a question. I now have a 16:9 tape gecapured with Vegas5. I now have the top / bottom and left / right, a larger section than on the screen of your camcorder. I can not synonymous in the Capture Tool Vegas experience not only in matters 16:9 switch PalDV I can adjust. So I can not see them going out of the camcorder, something I raised on the LCD or viewfinder. Then movies I will know about the edges out blindly without what exactly was added and stored on tape.
One more question about Vegas. What must I do when editing the project settings? Even 720x576 (25) PAL or Widescrenn?

Did you say that now, especially in relation to 16:9 or do you think the

I did not proof it, whether it is synonymous in 4:3. If I stop now struck at 16:9, I gegengecheckt still synonymous with premiere, and since it is so Ganau. I think it will be listed as what I can not see. I have now synonymous gegengecheckt whether it is really only letterbox, I can see no bar to the capture, synonymous when I change the project settings and capture settings. I think it's not just letterboxed which absorbs the TRV33. 'm Really confused on what settings I use in each program is. I think widescreen is the right choice what do you?

Hello Andrew, It will be so that your camcorder does not show everything in the viewfinder or on the display, what he actually recording. Have a few days time, a Discusion prosecuted in a forum where it was about a ziemlcih quality (and expensive) action. Since the same problem exists. He had the side with a lantern on the film, but it has not seen the shooting. Looking good advice: always before, what could go there with the unintentionally evt Picture. Is probably the only solution (at least that came out in ).... Talkshow the problem, there are probably synonymous in the professional area ....

Well, as a problem I would have no meaning, rather than a heritage from the founding of the television standard. Many amateur filmmakers are astounded when they deal with the overscan issue for the first time. If the vote like that? Is probably broken the camcorder? Or I did something wrong when burning the DVD? - Why is not the whole picture s.Television displayed s.Computer as I have seen it? Where the edge is gone?
No panic, it's all right then! Its raison d'etre has the overscan in the manufacturing tolerances of (tube) televisions and the image output analog video devices. Since it comes at the margin for all sorts of interference that would like to see anybody.
How does one deal with this? - It's simple: One calculates the subsequent trimming received by the video editing consistent with. It begins with the composition of the focus (the subject) anyway brutally s.den edge, but leaves some discretion on all sides. If one heeded, not much can go wrong.
The same is true when synonymous forms of titles and DVD menus. If one thinks of a priori not s.The-visible edges, the result is not too unpleasant surprises afterward, because s.Television any Articles or buttons are displayed. About anything you read here again and again.
