| Royalty free music for free
Question of conner2k: Oktober 2010
Hi,
Royalty free music is always the issue back on the agendas of many forums for film and multimedia professionals. We as a music producer with respect to the GEMA our own opinions and not find it fair if our customers should pay for the 2 x Music (purchase price + GEMAgebühr).
Therefore, we have already gone over the last few years in our Music to offer two versions: - Completely free for non-commercial projects (no hidden costs) - For commercial use is a very reasonable price
We hope to make in this way, both the film community can offer a good (professional music completely free of charge), as synonymous to the professional film makers (music cost, fair licensing terms).
Maybe yes synonymous one or the other piece of music for your next production here. We would appreciate it on a visit of you on our page: www.hartwigmedia.com

Hmm we simply find a fair solution: - NonCommercial = free - Commercial now = (but not overpriced, as in other portal)
I do not think it will, in future, all for free, but must pay in my opinion, the customer is not covered Prices, Royalty free just because some of my portals need to maximize their profits.
Also called for free not the same unprofessional or poor quality. We just want a straightforward use of our music make sure and not the customer is lost in endless confusion contract or any unintelligible terms. We have therefore synonymous only a license without any time or territorial restrictions (completely unnecessary in our opinion).
The creative (no preference whether a musician or filmmaker) should focus on the essential: to create the fun and to publish his work. And not stumble on complex licensing structures Music And overpriced.

I remember s.Zeiten me than the web break free games such as Moorhuhn were all the rage. Has then down again soon.
Today we have s.Open in contrast, offer a wide-area-source programs: from the web browser to the encryption program. And there are more and more.
I find it really wrong, so as to build something. The Internet is a giant public relations marketing machine (see Google Ad-Words, "" Ad-Sense "and the rest of them not all) and if you give people something for little money - or free - and they like it, they will come back and buy more stuff for a bit more money - and so on
As we start in film and television industry? Either you have to do first is often unpaid internships - and many give much of their leisure time and their money for her to realize their own film projects and thus to make a name.
So not at all far fetched that one first about cheap but good access to the labor market creates - whether it's now in the music industry or the film-and television broadcasting ...

@ Conner2k: the music is right - but there is still a wine from my side, you two for the operation: for me is the length of a piece is usually very critical - is unfortunately not apparent in the collection. (And there is no option to sort the tracks by length ...) and - an indication of whether the piece with or without (text) votes.
