Well, the prices are quite different reasons. The various Canopus have several different functions. During the ADVC-55 only has an analog input, the next ADVC-110 has an analogue output, which is handy if you eg a monitor? and want to check out the Endbild want (on the PC monitor video recordings should not be assessed and monitored), or sliced or purified material off analogue want. The next ADVC-300 has in addition to the analog inputs and outputs in addition, a software for the PC attached, with one individual whose support Picture-and Tonoptimierungen (such as noise reduction, color correction, Tonequalizer, etc) can make. The ADVC-55 can only mE of analog to digital convert. I would rather buy in both directions can convert. Then, it is synonymous possible s.den average computer has a TV Monitor to take the result on a TV to look, and not only on a PC screen. As would be the ADVC-110 lower limit.
The ADVC-300 has a line according to Canopus TBC. That's enough for small bands of unsynchronitäten offset. A full-TBC would certainly be nice. Unfortunately, only needed to get the TBC Enhancer of Electronic Design. By mE extends along an ADVC-110.

I just look at the connections have the S video port of the converter 4-Pole is my Camera and the 7-pole. Is there Adabter or just start helping them?

With a 7-pin connector you need to give you a 4-pin S-Video provide ...
