Hello.
Maybe I'm in the wrong sub-forum landed, but somewhere I had to start times.
I have a few days ago the SDR-S7 bought and tried a little bit.
The camcorder offers the recording options 4:3 and 16:9.
Eine16 :9-Studio is s.PC with Windows Media Player, Nero Showtime, etc. than 4:3 play.
Adobe Premiere Elements opens the mod (mpg)-File 4:3 and the corresponding distorted.
TV (16:9), that's all no preference.
What do, or I understand wrong, and / or why have a 16:9 Recording

This is a good sign insofar as it indicates that it is "true" 16:9 that if synonymous with false or missing information PAR. One explanation for this find USIM contribution video pixel aspect ratio vs. Computer.

There is a small program sdcopy "in order to import these files and rename at the same time. Also the 16:9 flag is set correctly, so that afterwards with all video editing applications can be processed.
