I know that the C :32:11-problem already has been discussed frequently, but I still have no answer to the question is, what is happening with the tape ...
Again, to explain what happened to me: One morning I woke up and wanted to put the camera ... it called me again on the power adapter ... said - done, but again the same problem ... than I am now the tape from the tray to take, they remained just inside .... only 2 gears moved .. (in order to move the tape I suppose) ... The keeper pushed synonymous is not a single little bit out ... bomb-fest ...
Now I have pretty much tried to ensure that these heruaskommt tape, but always without success ..
Now I have heard that the battery from the camcorder heruasnehmen should, but I think they do not ... the manual is not a word about it and read synonymous sosnt I find no information about ..
Question 1: Does someone perhaps have a hint for me the cartridge to get?
Question 2: Is this a warranty?
Question 3: When I see the tape and do not heruas at Sonyzur repair chic, keep them or send me back?
Sorry for the many questions, but I'm totally desperate: (

... C: 32:11 problem ... anyone knows any advice? ... This error message indicates a problem with the electric drive, officially designated with "UNLOAD direction loading motor time-out". The usual approach, according Sonybei C: 31 - and C :32-problems is as follows:
1. Off your camcorder
2. Battery for a minute decline
3. Battery re-start
4. Camcorder on again
If the error still appear, the camera is probably a case for the service. You could synonymous but the error message in Google Enter and look, like other camera owners have this problem but could solve.
