| STEADY DRIVE Flexi Drive experience

Hello, who has experience with the STEADY DRIVE Flexi Drive HD?
I try to balance the system properly, but I do not want to succeed so well. It oscillates after often. Countless times I get, I changed the counterweights in many positions without a satisfactory result.
I have the camera completely naked (without accessories), and synonymous with accessories assembled in use, it will not really succeed. There are both a handle, a track ball as synonymous to the system.
The used camera is a Canon HV30.
has anyone tips on how to balance I do?

You have to equip with accessories Camera Sun as you want to use them later. Then you have the weight down, first time to be so light that the whole system will always tilt away to the Page, so top heavy than bottom.
Thereafter, the lower weight is to increase slightly.
Commuting is normal, but it must be done very slowly, after a rash about 1-2 seconds needed to return to the normal position.
In practical use, it is then a matter of practice, to anticipate and intercept of this commute.

Steadycams be over very general, but where we must say that they can get trained in professional hands very useful results. But these devices usually have so much weight that they can be close with a hand held s.Gelenk gently, without causing too much shake.
The Amateur Steadys other hand, must have a certain friction in the joints, so you can swing at all and the commute will be damped.
I myself use it only for persecution and for that I need 2-3 attempts until it looks fairly reasonable.
But it can never replace a tripod with video head.
